AUTOMATIC STITCHING AND GLUING MACHINE
Equipment consisting in :

• ONE FEEDER
  • Slotter type with suction and kicker bar. The suction plate covers the whole feeding table.
  • A setting device allow us to limit the suction zone according to the sheet size.
  • The sheets are driven by two shafts ( the upper shaft is rubbered ). The sheet is then taken back by belts and two sets of creasing-rollers.
• ONE FOLDER
  • The first partial folding operation is done by bars. Then, two arms fold completeley the box. The box is then taken back by resquaring dogs, fitted on two central chaines and side guide-rollers. Motorized setting of the front folding guides. Independant motorisation of the two squaring dogs lines.
• ONE GLUER
  • Cold gluer dispenser with mechanical drive mounted on the riveiting rod.
• ONE STITCHER
  • Stitching unit with one oscillating head producing 1000 stitches per minute.
